Room Rates
Advance Reservations are Recommended, No deposit required and we only except credit cards at time of arrival. (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER and BANK DEBIT CARDS)
**All rooms are $120 plus tax per night.** Two Adults per room. Children are free providing that the rate is at full price, not discounted rate. Children under the age of 18 require an adult occuping the same room. Portable crib available upon request. (Maximum 2 adults per room or 2 adults plus 2 children)
Small dogs allowed with advance notice. A $20 per night charge will be added to your regular room rate. Dogs must be up to date with shots, well groomed and in a pet kennel while in the room. Pets outside the room must be on a leash and well supervised. Pet owners will be responsible for cleaning and disposing of pet's fecal matter on and around the property.

- Housekeeping refreshes room and supplies daily (Tipping housekeeper is appreciated)
- Hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board available upon request.
- Fridge/Freezer, Microwave & Coffee maker available in each room
- In room A/C and Heat controls
- Shaded patio with BBQ grill (Charcol, lighter fluid & utensils included)
